Life doesn't always go as we plan it.  I'm willing to bet that there have been times when you've been knocked off the rails and had no idea how to get things back on track.  I know I've had a number of those experiences in my life.  Today's guest knows that feeling better than most.  But what sets her apart is not the challenges she was faced with, but instead the way she reacted and how she bounced back stronger than ever.

Kelsey Cronkhite, founder of Pinegate Road, knew that one day she wanted to run her business full time.  Some day in the unspecified future, she would leave her corporate job and live life on her terms.  But what she didn't know, is that life had other plans for her.  Finding herself laying in a hospital bed, she came to the realization that "someday" was no longer in the distant future.  "Someday" had suddenly become "today".

In this episode, Kelsey shares how she made the journey from employee to entrepreneur, and how she conquered some unforeseen mountains along the ways.  We discuss the importance of knowing your core values and how you can find them.

Get ready to be fired up!
