If you are an entrepreneurial millennial looking for tools, tactics, and inspiration to take your business and your life to the next level, this is the show for you. Brad Mulvey created this podcast as a student of life, looking to build a foundation of knowledge that would support the dreams of his audience and himself. In Napoleon Hill’s timeless classic Think and Grow Rich, he defines a mastermind group as, "the Coordination of knowledge and effort between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose." In this podcast, that coordination is created between you, our amazing guests, and Brad. Our definite purpose is achieving extraordinary results in your business and in your life. Welcome to the Millennial Mastermind. Following mentorship from trailblazers like Tim Ferris, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Grant Cardone, John Lee Dumas, Pat Flynn, Gary Vaynerchuk, Lewis Howes, Simon Sinek, Geoff Woods, and more!

How do I find happiness?

Whoa... that's a big question. And it's just the question that NY Times Best Selling Authing Neil Pasricha answers with his new book, The Happiness Equation: Want Nothing + Do Anything = Have Everything.

Back in 2007, Neil started a blog called "1000 Awesome Things". Since then, this tiny site has over 60,000,000 hits and won “Best Blog in the World” two years in a row from the Int’l Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. He is also wrote The book of Awesome, which has gone on to sell over 1 Million copies. His books have been on the best seller list for over 200 weeks and for 8 consecutive years. He has given two TED Talks including “The 3 A’s of Awesome” which ranked as a Top 10 “Most Inspiring” TED Talk on TED.com.

Oh, and he did this all as a side hustle while working full time at Walmart (2006 – 2016), most recently as the Director of Leadership Development. Today, Neil serves as Director of The Institute for Global Happiness.
