If you are an entrepreneurial millennial looking for tools, tactics, and inspiration to take your business and your life to the next level, this is the show for you. Brad Mulvey created this podcast as a student of life, looking to build a foundation of knowledge that would support the dreams of his audience and himself. In Napoleon Hill’s timeless classic Think and Grow Rich, he defines a mastermind group as, "the Coordination of knowledge and effort between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose." In this podcast, that coordination is created between you, our amazing guests, and Brad. Our definite purpose is achieving extraordinary results in your business and in your life. Welcome to the Millennial Mastermind. Following mentorship from trailblazers like Tim Ferris, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Grant Cardone, John Lee Dumas, Pat Flynn, Gary Vaynerchuk, Lewis Howes, Simon Sinek, Geoff Woods, and more!

Boy oh boy am I excited for you guys to check out this week's episode.  Why, you ask?  Because Justin Lefkovitch is the real deal when it comes to successful entrepreneurs making a big splash in the world of experiential marketing.  Oh, and did I mention that he's only 28 years old?  Baller status.

In this week's conversation, Justin walks us through how he started his company out of broom closet (seriously) yet still managed to land MTV as his first client.  He now works with some of the music industry's top talents like Kaskade and Bebe Rexha, and big name clients like Syfy and Acura.

We cover a ton in this one, so sit back and prepare to be inspired!

Today I am extremely grateful to announce that I just started a new job.  And not only that, but it is a job that has shortened my commute to work, compensates me much better and is within an emerging industry that will likely open more doors as my career progresses (the big data industry).

Now, I'm not telling you this to brag about my cool new job.  On the contrary, I actually feel a bit awkward talking about it.  But in taking such a big step forward in my career and life, I feel that it is my obligation to share how this opportunity came about and how I positioned myself to be the top candidate for the role.

This one is just a quick solo episode, but I tried to load it up with as much useful content as I could.  Let me know what you think in the comments below, and how I can help you find your dream job!

Everyone and their cousin twice removed is talking about the stereotypes Millennials fall into.  I can't blame them, it's easy to talk about and there are millions of sources you can quote on the topic.  So today, I wanted to look at the generational divide from a different perspective.

What misconceptions and overgeneralizations do we Millennials have about the other generations?

That is the question I set out to answer when I connected with Ryan Jenkins.  A leading blogger, podcaster and keynote speaker on the topic of Millennials and their relationships with other generations, it's not surprising that Ryan had some great insight on the topic.  We get into:
  • Communication between Millennials and other generations
  • Misconceptions of Gen X and Baby Boomers
  • What to know about the emerging Generation Z
  • Much, much more
